Residence Inn Memphis Downtown

The rooftop was lovely.the rooms were clean, the air-conditioning was top-tier. I had no sinus problems, which is rare. I had a corner room with a wonderful view, and most importantly, everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was kind, nice, and smiling. The whole place is a vibe. I was celebrating my birthday.

This is a must stay downtown location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel's level of service is beyond excellence. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are large and have lots of facilities. The roof top has great views and is a good place to relax. There is a Starbucks within the hotel.

The room was perfect!! Location was spot on as well. I felt like I could have an extended stay there. However, THE STAFF, that's the real gold stars here. They were pleasant and sooooo helpful. I will stay here when in Memphis, no need to look any further.

The staff was exceptional. We arrived early but the front desk checked us in anyway. Everyone was friendly and approachable. The rooms were clean, nicely laid out.

Good location snd friendly staff. Nice breakfast spread (better than usual chain hotel offering). Room decor bit dark and gloomy but good windows for daylight. We didn’t need or use kitchenette. good restaurants nearby
